Google setup

Your site is built ready for Google, but the Google accounts themselves are yours to own. That means Search Console, Analytics and your Google Business Profile.

You can set these up yourself, and plenty of people do. Alternatively, Tom at Digital Beacon does a full Google setup for £300, covering the lot properly in one go.

About SEO

Your website is built SEO ready, which means:

Clean, fast code and a properly structured site – built in WordPress with Elementor Pro.
Page titles and meta descriptions written for every page
Yoast configured and your sitemap generated
Headings, image alt text and internal linking done properly

What that does not mean is a ranking. Google decides that, based on how established your site is, how competitive your industry is and how much fresh content you publish. A new website usually takes six to twelve months to build any real search visibility, and the sites that get there are the ones publishing regularly and promoting their website. If you want to actively chase rankings, that is ongoing SEO work as a separate service.

Understand the website design process

1. A free 20 minute call

A free 20 minute enquiry call to meet each other, understand your needs and explore options.

2. Book your build week

Pick your start date and pay a £200 deposit to secure it. I fully focus on one project per week, so once a week is taken it is gone. (Can be combined with a branding package)

3. Planning session

An hour together on video call, going deep on who you are and who you are talking to. You receive a PDF website plan, summary and to-do list.

4. Send your content

Words and photographs, sent to me at least 1 week before your start date.

5. Website build week

I start with your homepage, we refine it until you love it, then the rest of the site follows. You are available via WhatsApp/email for feedback.

6. Go live

You test everything, then we launch. Balance due before we go live.

After your site is live

Hosting is £30 a month (including VAT), one price for every site, covering Elementor Pro advanced version, SSL certificate, daily backups, tested updates and free fixes if an update breaks something. Learn more here.

Editing the website

You can easily edit your new website yourself using Elementor Pro and the tutorial videos provided.

Alternatively, website changes are booked as edit time, either one hour at £60 or two hours at £110 (including VAT)
