- Upload files (e.g., WORD doc, jpeg images) – hold the shift key to upload multiple files
- Upload files into your Google Drive folder and provide the link below
- If you have a genuinely urgent request, please mark it as such on the form. This will be given high priority.
- We will email you with any additional questions, and when the work is completed.

Route one - something is wrong
Use the Submit Ticket form below if:
- Your website is down or not loading
- You cannot log in, or you need a password reset
- Email (hosted with us) is not sending or not arriving
- A security warning or a problem with your SSL
- Anything else that is broken rather than changed
What is Urgent?
Mark it urgent if your site is down or something is costing you business. Urgent tickets go to the top of the queue and we aim to respond within one working day.
We are not a 24 hour service. Anything arriving overnight, at a weekend or during a holiday is picked up the next working morning (Mon-Fri). Holiday dates are posted here in advance.

Route two - changes and new content
Booked as a time slot and paid when you book.
Book a week-beginning Monday slot and your changes will be live by the Friday.
After booking, send all content and images through WeTransfer with your business name in the message.
Be as clear as you can about what needs doing. This ensures your allocated time is not wasted by back and forth emails.
Book 30 mins edits
£30 including VAT. A handful of small changes, updating prices or opening hours, or swapping a few images.
Book one hour / new blog
£60 including VAT. A batch of text changes across several pages, or one blog post from copy and image you supply.
Book two hours / new website page
£110 including VAT. A new page built from copy and images you supply, or a bigger set of changes across the site.
Website Legal Requirements
As the website owner, you are legally responsible for ensuring your site complies with UK law. We will set up the foundational elements, but you must verify and maintain their accuracy.
Required Business Information
If your website represents a registered business (like a Limited Company or LLP), you must display the following information on your site:
- Registered business name and number.
- Registered office address.
- Place of registration (e.g., England & Wales).
- Contact details, including an email and a non-electronic method of contact (e.g., a postal address).
- If you sell online, your geographical business address.
- Your VAT number, if registered.
Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR) & ICO Registration
We will install a basic privacy policy template that explains how your site handles user data. You are responsible for reviewing this policy and ensuring it accurately reflects your specific data collection and usage practices. If updates are needed, you can edit it yourself or contact us for assistance.
If your website collects any personal data (e.g., through contact forms, orders, or cookies), you likely need to register with the ICO and pay a data protection fee. It is your responsibility to check this using the ICO’s self-assessment tool and to register if required.
Cookie Policy
We will install a cookie policy that complies with ICO guidelines. By default, this will include your hometown and country for contact purposes. If you prefer to display only your country or your full business address, please let us know.
If you sell online
If you sell online, you have additional legal obligations. You must clearly display your terms of sale, including:
- Delivery costs and timescales.
- Returns, refunds, and cancellation policy.
- Complaint handling procedure.
- Pricing, including all taxes.
- Customers’ rights to cancel and return goods.

How to log in
KEY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ FIRST
For the security and integrity of your website, you must follow this mandatory procedure if you wish to edit the site yourself.
1. Your login address. We give you a custom login web address rather than the standard WordPress one, which keeps the bots out. Bookmark it, it is the only one that works.
2. Your password. We generate a strong one for you. Save it in a password manager rather than a notebook or a shared browser.
3. Two-factor authentication. Install a free authenticator app on your phone, Google Authenticator or Authy. It generates a code you enter alongside your password. We set it up with you the first time you log in.
Device for Editing: You must use a desktop or laptop computer to edit your website.
Do not attempt to make edits using a mobile phone or tablet, as this can lead to formatting errors and site issues.
Setup FREE 2FA Authenticator app
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is the best way to protect yourself online. Defeat cyber criminals & avoid account takeovers with stronger security, for free!
We recommend Google Authenticator or Authy as two free, reliable options.
