Website changes
Website changes are not included in hosting.
You can edit the site yourself easily using Elementor Pro and the tutorial videos provided. Alternatively, book edit time:
- One hour, or one blog post: £60 including VAT
- Two hours, or one new website page: £110 including VAT
Book your slot and send your list by Monday, and your changes go live by Friday. Please have your copy and images ready.

Hosting FAQ
Why is this more than the hosting I see advertised for low costs?
Because that is hosting on its own. Nobody updates your site, nobody tests anything and nobody looks at it afterwards. When something breaks you are on your own with a support queue.
On the other hand we offer Managed WordPress Hosting and Elementor Pro advanced license included.
What does the check after an update actually involve?
We look at your homepage and your contact page, on desktop and on mobile, after every update run. That catches the majority of things that may shift or break.
What if an update breaks something?
We fix it for free. That covers anything that a core plugin or theme update caused. Plugins or themes you have added yourself, or changes you have made, are chargeable.
Can you host a website you did not build?
We do not take on websites built elsewhere, as they usually arrive with various issues. We can rebuild your site to our standards while keeping the look you already have, so just ask for a quote.
Do I have to host with you?
If we have built your site, yes. It is the only way we can keep it updated, tested and working properly.
Can I cancel?
Hosting runs for a minimum of six months, then continues month to month with no contract. You can cancel any time after the first six months.
What happens to my Elementor licence if I move?
Your site is built with Elementor Pro at the Advanced Solo level. If you move elsewhere you will need to buy your own, which at the time of writing is £72 a year. The cheaper Essential plan will not run your site properly, as it does not include popups, custom code or stored form submissions.
Can I make website changes myself?
Yes, and we encourage it. Your Elementor Pro licence and our tutorial videos mean most small changes take a couple of minutes. Anything you would rather hand over, book as edit time.
